Recruited and led a multi-tier support organisation of 7 direct staff plus two 3rd-party teams (24 people). Managed a 4,000-user infrastructure across UNIX, Linux, Windows, Azure and AWS. Successfully migrated 2,000 users to Office 365, deployed 2,000 laptops and 800 mobile devices, and rolled out VDI via Citrix XenApp. Awarded Best Supporter of the Year 2013.
Full VMware farm migration: 2 clusters (PROD and UAT) with 8 HP Proliant servers. Head office planning and setup for 100 desks across 4 meeting rooms, plus global SSL certificate and DNS management.
